Hi
After a recent session I checked my HEM stats and noticed that the numbers didn't add up with the info in the PS cashier window.
I emailed PS to request some hand histories; they sent them and I imported these hands into my existing database in addition to a new HEM database.
7,981 hands were imported into the new database and the numbers line up with my cashier info, so there is no problem. However, in my original database, only 7,966 hands were imported (from the same text file), and as a result of course, my winnings are off (though it's only 15 hands there is a 2BI difference in winnings so apparently some significant info was missed).
My question is this: What would cause one database to miss hands/information that another database would gather from the same text file? My filters are cleared and the time period is the same for both reports ('After 03/23/11 20:00:00'). Are there additional settings that I am overlooking and is there anyway I easily track down those 15 hands, out of 8,000, to manually import them into my regular database?
Thanks
EDIT: I found one hand that for whatever reason was being considered a duplicate hand in my default database. The HH wasn't being imported until after I edited the "PokerStars Game # and time" within the HH, for what it's worth. This 1 hand accounted for most of the discrepancy.
