Problem importing using William hill

HEM seems to missing some, well actually most of the hands when importing. It is only importing the odd hand every few minutes or so. Any ideas?

Can you try creating a new database http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146 and if the problem persists then please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder and i look into it further
