Problems displaying data

I have imported data for 3 sites, Full Tilt, PokerStars, and Everest,
but can only display some of the data for FullTilt.

1. When I go to the "Cash" tab, there is a box for player name
with "MyName (FT)". If I click on the down arrow to select a
new name only MyName (FT) shows up and I cannot select any
other.

2. The Players tab shows 13,255 players in the database, but
if I run any reports then only 1 player shows up, MyName(FT)

I am sure I have all filters turned off.
Also, I believe that data has been imported correctly, because
when I tried to reimport some of the files, it said that all the hands
were duplicates.

Whats up?

Related to the above....

I played a session on Everest and am confident that the
hands got imported. But if I go to the sessions tab, no
sessions for Everest appear.

Beside where it shows your name you should see the change and refresh buttons, press the change button and then type your other names in here
