At the beginning of the hand there is 50,31 dollars total in stack between the 3 of us in the hand at the table. At the end of the hand there s a total of 57,10
What am I missing here?

The replayer shows a € table, the converted handhistory a $ table.
I think we need the original handhistory (should be in the archive folder, default c:\hmarchive).

couldnt find the hand in the archive folder(didnt find the date) so I sent the hand history that appears when selecting "copy selected handhistory" by rightclicking on the hand in hem.
The hand was played on Bwin's french site ".fr"

I have located the hand in the archive.
It is one hand amongst many other hands in a folder
These hands are in text format and are opened autoatically in notepad. Can I copy and paste this particular hand into notepad and send this as an attachement to the support team?
Thats what I have done but apparently this is not the format they require.
What do they need exactly please?
Tell me step by step if you can please.

Please zip the handhistory files ( you need a zip program like 7-Zip (http://www.7-zip.org)) and attach the zip file to a mail.
