problem with pokerstars

hi

my hm has suddenly stopped picking up hands on pokerstars. the hud is working fine, the hands are ticking up. the hands are still being saved to my computer, and the import folders configed correctly.

its just stopped collecting data. i think it has somethign to do with the filters, but i cannot see what it is. pls help

Hi, I recently installed the software and tried using it while I played 6 player tables .25/.5 NL at poker stars. The hand history from poker stars is saving in the file on my computer and it says that the files are being imported to the hold em manager, however, there are errors with the import because it does not allow me to see any of the stats. I have windows vista and I already changed the UAC, but it is still not working. Please let me know what I need to do to get the software to display stats with poker stars. Thank you.

Please try updating to the latest beta version from the link in my signature.
