UB Hand Histories Problem

I know that it's probably been asked before. But I'm having problems getting my HH from UB. The HUD is working fine, so somehow it's getting the info, but I can't get any graphs for the day. I've set my "day starts" and cleared my filters button (which was suggested by someone on a forum I frequent). Do I need a hand grabber for UB?

I just bought HEM (small stakes) two days ago.

Can you double check your clock time and also your filters http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=129 and if the problem persists then export your hands http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=173 and create a new database http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146 and reimport the hands and see if its fixed

Okay, I did all of that. I do get graphs for "all hands", but I don't get any of the "today" or "yesterday" graphs. I can pretty much get all the graphs for last year, but nothing for this year.

I used the trial a couple of months ago and everything worked fine. After the trial was over, I deleted it. Any other suggestions?

What if you use the last x amount of hours instead of today or yesterday, does it work then. What site are you playing on, it might be possible there is a big time difference between their server time and your server time, if it is this then see this option which offsets it: http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=65

If its not also try last 1000 hands and see when the last hand was played and let me know the date and time and if it corresponds with the last hand played or not

I'm playing on UB mostly and some FT. I tried the "x amount of hands" and it did show me some hands from last year, but none from this year. I also tried hours and that didn't work either. I'm using Windows XP, if that matters.

Okay, here's some more info on the problem.

Yesterday I played a cash game against a player and then today I seen him in a donkfest I was messing around in. His stats were reset back to 0 hands. The program is not saving HH but is importing during the play to update stats while I'm on the table. Any suggestions?

Edit: I think I may have found the problem, but don't know how to solve it.

It says to set up UB to pull from C/PokerApplication/.....

I don't have that folder! What I did, is set it to pull from C/PrgmFiles/UB/HH... This is the folder that the games were showing up in when I would sit at a table. So what can I do to fix this?

Any ideas on my "edit" in the above post?

Delete the old folder and wherever UB is saving the hands then set HM to auto import from that folder instead
