1) What version of Holdem Manager are you using eg 1.06.04 Beta 12?

2) What Poker Site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than 1 site?

Poker Stars, not using other site

3) Have you the settings exactly as per the FAQ for your site?

Yes

4) Are the Hand Histories showing up in the correct Folder?

Yes

4a) If Not, have you checked the lobby settings to see that their saving the hand historys and also that their saving them to the same location as youve setup in the auto import folders?

4b) Do the hands import when you create a new database and reimport them?

5) Are the hands being imported into Holdem Manager?

no

6) Have You Tried the Table Finder and did it work?

Table manager showes correct table with no data. no pot, players, etc.
Table finder finds no unattached hands, please wait... no little red square or table to put it on in the table finder


7) If you open the HH are they written in English? yes

couple things: When I was configuring the folder there was no C:\HMarchive folder so I created it. That is where the files are showing up.

Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder and i look into it further

Hi,

Can you check in the PS software "PS Lobby => Options => Instant Hand History Options..." what is the exact folder of your HHs.

You have set C:\Program Files\PokerStars\HandHistory\myname

Can you recreate a new auto-import folder with the exact same thing as in the PS software, generally:

C:\Program Files\PokerStars\HandHistory\

(without your nick)

Delete your old configuration too.

PS HH is set to C:\Program Files\PokerStars\HandHistory\
I have current Import folders C:\ProgramFiles\PokerStars\HandHistory+Subfolders

I deleted what I had and started over, same result. It is importing files, but no hands.

I did that, same result. it says it's importing files 0 hands. now when I go to relaunch HUD i get nothing.

Can you reinstall HM completely:

1) Make a backup of the "Config" folder in a safe location, this folder is in the RVG Software\Holdem Manager\ folder
2) Export your HUDs via "HUD Options => Player Preferences"
3) Uninstall HM via the Control Panel
4) Go to Program Files and delete the RVG Software directory, or the equivalent for Vista
5) Reboot your computer
6) Install the complete setup of HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/holdemmanager.zip
7) Upload HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate1.07beta.exe
8) Test if it works for a while and if it does proceed to step 9
9) Overwrite the backuped "holdemmanager.config" file in the new Config directory to recover your settings
10) Test if it works again for another while and if it does proceed to step 11
11) Import your HUDs via "HUD Options => Player Preferences"
12) Test if it works

Mmm, weird.

No stats are in HM (not the HUD)?
Can you move your HHs files from the HMarchive to another folder and try to manually import those files.

Tell me if it works.

I have never had the HUD launch, when I click on relaunch the HUD i get the table manager. The table manager will not let me select a table it says there are no unatached hands.
