HEM stuck on auto import when i open it

Hi,
when i open holdem manager it is stuck on start auto-import and my only option is stop auto import which freeze everything when i click on it.
Any idea on how to resolve this ?

It looks like I am having a similar problem. When I open the program the auto import buttons are not lit up - only the "stop" button. However, nothing is happening - the importing bar is not doing anything. If you push stop then it turns to "stopping" but nothing further happens. The HUD does not work if I am playing. When I exit out it says that "import is still running"

Did you disable UAC and reboot

when I go to the control panel and open up my account the "change security settings" option is not there. I am sure I have done this a while ago.

Try Start > Control Panel > User Accounts > then turn UAC on or off

Same problem with Windows XP. So I can t disable UAC. How can I resolve it on XP??
