Will something like Spadeye datamine for you without you having to open tables, etc.?

SpadeEye is a datamine service and will create HandHistory files for tables you are not playing at. While Holdem Manager uses these HandHistory files - and the one you obtain by playing - to create statistics about players (and yourself)!

Will something like Spadeeye have all the stats that Holdemmanger/pokertracker do...e.g. VPIP, Aggression, etc?

No that is the main difference between SpadeEye and HM...
