View Full Version : One specific table excluded from HUD on Ongame

I just started playing on Eurosuperpoker on the Ongame network and noticed how one, I think two tables but i'm not sure, get 'blanked' in table manager. Blanked meaning they show up with name and stat rows as if they at least have been recognised as tables and put into the program, but all values are at 0 or 0% or the like, so they obviously aren't read in properly and hence the HUD doesn't work for just that particular table or those two tables.

The other tables' HUD's work flawlessly and their stats are shown in the table manager fully. I tried to drop that red symbol function from HEM on it to try recognising it but nothing happens. And I'm quite sure it's just that particular one because I've seen this happen three sessions in a row now so it's not just a coincidence. When I close down that faulty table and join a new one the HUD applies just fine to that new one.

What could be the issue here making just one (or two) specific (I think it's called Oslo on the site) tables to be excluded from the stat function?

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

Are the hands imported without error you played at that table??

Try the table finder again - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/ConfiguringTableFinderToShowHUD]FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Configuring Table Finder to Show HUD

Make sure you follow the directions exactly.

Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it

Left-click and drag the red X to that table window

Click OK

I have the same problem, using version 1.11.0 (mucked cards) and does not work in NL50 SH, works well at other levels

NL4 FR / SH = OK
NL10 FR / SH = OK
NL20 SH = OK
NL30 SH = OK
NL50 FR = OK
NL50 SH = Does not work

Better to create a new topic...

Try to update to http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe (you'll have NO mucked cards) to see if the issue is resolved.
