I am not sure what your question is. Can you provide a hand history and describe exactly what you do not understand?

I do not know what structure should I pick, when I play 4.4$ rush on D, because MTT or chip equity mode sims to be wrong. There is an option my strategy is wrong. For eaxamle here sng wizard gives range(NLHE MTT) of 93s+ k2o+, which I dout is ok.

If you are not yet at the final table, you should use chip equity mode.

If you are at the final table, you should use a tournament structure that matches the payouts of the tournament. I am not sure what the payouts are on this tournament, but if you cannot find the correct payouts in the supplied tournament structures you can create a custom tournament structure. See User Defined Tournament Structures in the reference section of the Wizard's help for instructions.

It may or may not be a push. You should review and adjust all opponent hand ranges where necessary.

Please read this FAQ (http://www.sngwiz.com/tiki/tiki-view_faq.php?faqId=4#q9).
