Hello,

When I started the auto-import function on HM today, I got an error saying that i got over 500 files in my import folder which might cause performance issues. Now I'm asked to move the files or have HM move them. I probably can move the files to another folder myself but I would like HM to do this automatically after importing them. I tried the options > database management but then HM gets closed saying that I should disable the User Acces Control. Or should I maybe try the Vacuum Analyze Database option?

Thank you for the quick response!

I disabled the UAC as suggested but now I'm unable to start HM again, since I'm asked to register again. I can't use my serial either since it's already in use

Then you'd better wait for one of the support team to help you out, they probably will free you serial so that you can use it "again"!
