HUD not working

Hi,

I've been through the FAQ to get the HUD display working and when i try to get the table manager to force find the details i get the following error message. 'I cannot find any unattached hands - please wait until the Manager has imported some'

If i then click on OK no tables are displayed in the box to drag.

any help greatly apprciated.

EDIT: I have looked at some of the other posts and the problem might be with my Hand History archive. I have configured the auto import folders correctly and my archive folder is set to C:\program files\HHarchive but when i look in there there is nothing. The HH are being correctly saved in my FT HH under my user name. I have a few HH in the folder as I have only just purchsed HM Manager.

Hard to say exactly what the problem is, but if the manage isn't exporting hands for the HUD, they are probably not being imported correctly. It could be you don't have sub-folders checked for the auto-import option.

Mine reads "C:\program files\full tilt poker\handhistory + subfolders".

Many thanks for the replies I had a good read of all the other posts and it was the problem where my HH in FT was being saved without my username but in HM the import folder had my username - I changed this and when the game started i clicked on start auto import it worked although the stats are not in the correct place on the screen - I'm sure there is a post on that so I will have a look - many thanks for the support on a sunday.

But you have just your stats on incorrect place?

If yes, just right-click + drag them. Be sure "lock the layout" isn't ticked in "HUD Options => Table Preferences".
