There are two days I'm having trouble with HM. He is not importing all hands and when it imports, the data are not correct. I already updated and not solved. Even to the Table Ninja is not working properly. What do I do?

What poker site is this for? Do you have any anti virus running?

Try creating a new database and importing into that database.

The problem happens on all sites that match, PS, FTP, PP, UB, etc.. I created and imported hands to a new database. But it disappeared over 30k players and reported more than 300k of import errors. Even my data from PS and FTP disappeared. At HUD, for example, instead of showing 3bet 5.0, shows 50.0.

Please check your windows regional settings (under control panel). Are you using a non standard setting for the date / currency formats?
If you change it to english (usa) and try to import the hands - does it work?

Not resolved. In the cash game, it does not import any hand. I've done to optimize the Postgre and is the same.

And you are sure that the handhistories are in correct english format?

Either your database installation or your windows installation is corrupt.

Please mail us some hands and we test whether the import works for us.
