Hero Stats on Stars not Accurate

Hello,

The second line of stats I use is, VPIP, PFR, 3Bet, ATS (cash game limit player pokerstars, btw)

For the hero, pfr stays at 0, and the 3 bet stat does not show at all, and I question the integrity of hero stats in general, however, all villian stats populate and are accurate.

What I've done/tried:

1) download the latest version of HEM
2) I've set up the hero name in hud options
3) selected my seat in stars and HEM
4) generally browsed the forums, google, etc...

Any help advice is much appreciated.

You are aware that hero stats are always displayed as session stats?

So as long as you don't do any preflop raise or 3bet at the current table this stats will not change.

Does the hand count for hero increase with every hand?

Thanks...Yes I'm aware they are session stats...

Please see attached and note that the 3bet stat (which should be the third stat like all the others) is entirely missing, and my pfr is zero...

I ran very cold this session, but the pfr is off and no 3bet.

Odd, i have never seen a bug like this.

It may be a database problem. Please create a new database for a test and play some hands with this database. Do the hero stats work with this database?
