Hi

I am having some kind of a problem with hud stats. There are too many players who shows blank in most stats, and the number of hands on the guy doesn't seem to change according to their stack (filtering by BB's is enabled).

I'm posting a screen that shows the problem.

The stats are as follows:
hands(filtered)/vpip/pfr/AF
fold bb to steal/fold sb to steal
steal from CO/BTN/SB
donkbetflop/call cbet/fold to cbet/checkraise

I have the latest HM version and postgres 8.3.

Can anyone advise where the problem lies and if it is a problem at all? (maybe it's standard with not so many hands on some players - but then when I played at stars it looked o.k. the problem is at tilt)

How do the stats look for the players in the replayer?

Can you try without the tourney hud filters?

Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files(X86)\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder (or something similar depending on your installation). It may be just called holdemmanager if you've extentions turned off.

The problem is propably related to the hud filters.
In the replayer the stats seems allright, the number of hands is smaller than on the screenshot I posted which means it shows them filtered. All the other stats is also different.

I attached the config file.

Try to update SQL to 8.4.7 / or 9.0.3
Create a new database--> reimport your hands.

For Full Tilt: turn off OCR, turn off live tracking, and use a DEFAULT Table theme (classic or racetrack) without custom cards/custom theme.

- updated postgres to 8.4
- new database
- ran on aero windows theme
- ran on clear installation of full tilt without any additional themes
- switched off ocr and live hands

Still hands in-game are different from replayer. I.E in-game I have 130 hands on a guy but when I replay the hand in replayer it shows 36 hands and different stats (filtered obv)

What do I do? Any idea?

This is a new bug we just discovered and is likely connected to the problem with no pre-fetch on non-rush cash games. I also have a customer I am re-visiting tomorrow that has no pre-fetch on tourneys and I expect that is also related.

If you enable the pre-fetch option the Rush HUD should work.

Setup the HUD pre-fetch on site options and make sure it points to the right folder.

Our default pre-fetch path is for \program files (x86)\... even if that folder doesn't exist on their 32 bit machine.

options > configure auto import folders... > auto-detect > ok

Manually add the pre-fetch folder to the auto import list.
