after i was eliminated of the $11 Sunday 1/4 Million on PS with 42,048 players the HMimport.exe goes to 100% cpu and freeze, then after 20/30 minutes i kill the proccess and restart the pc and again
how i fix it ? itīs about the huge number of players in the tourney ?

edit:
i update the HM, restart and again, HMIimport.exe freeze the cpu 100% but it doesnīt import any hand, i asked a report to PS of how many hands i played (cash) and i have more or less 50 hands that doesnīt were imported

tks

The problem is the summary file of the sunday tourney. Its very large which seems to freeze the import because of its size.
You should move the file to a different folder and import it manually via import file (it will need some hours).

i tried it moving the file c:\HMArchive\.... corresponding to the tourney but nothing have changed itīs still freeze the HMImport.exe with 100% cpu

is this the archive or itīs another one ?
if itīs this what else can i do ? i canīt use the HM ?

EDIT:
i deleted from the PS folder to and looks to work ok, but i still have 50 cash games hands missed, how i can recover these hands ?

They were probably in one of the deleted files?
I told you to move the files and not to delete them.
So if you still have the files somewhere please import them again via import file.
If not you should request them in the stars client (i think there is a function for it) or from stars support.

The archive folder is where the auto-import moves the files after successful import.

i requested to PS the hands, imported the file and nothing changed
then i imported the files again from c:\HMArchive .... the hands played yesterday (761) and after import all the 761 hands in the reports i only have stats of 713, i still have 48 hands missed
