Problem with ipoker (Titan)

The problem is with Double Up XT's 6max. When I lose it records the loss, however when I win HEM doesn't recognise the win and the game remains greyed out as if it's not finished. I then have to manually enter the win amount and the finish position for each game I win.

Please zip and mail the original handhistory files (you find them in the HM archive folder or in the handhistory folder of your poker client) together with a link to this thread and an explanation of the problem to support@holdemmanager.net. We will then try to reproduce the problem.
