$Bodog Hand Grabber set up help needed$

I just purchased HEM & Idleminer's Bodog Hand Grabber. Set them up but still no HUD. Can't figure out what step I'm missing. I am willing to pay someone to help us set it up. THank you.:cool:

I've tried repeatedly going through all of that step by step. Still something is not working out. Both seem to be communicating with each other but the HUD doesn't go on. It shows me I have 19 players, but I don't even know how to bring up anything on them. It shows hands/files but I don't know what to do. In short we are totally CLUELESS as to how to set it up. I figured there are hundreds or thousands of players using it so it's doable, so why can't I pay someone to help me set it up through skype/teamviewer? I'm willing to pay for this service. I played 2 SNG's at Bodog & the HUD never popped up.

The Support is free.

But before doing a Teamviewer, it's good to see if your issue is not a common issue. Furthermore, we need to collect infos for a potential TV session to know what we will try on your computer.

First, copy/paste the questions like I it's specified in the FAQ I have attached and answere them here.

Right Click the file, Properties.

Is my icon on desktop supposed to say "SHORTCUT to Holdem Manager"? Did I install this incorrect?

Had a friend try to set up PT3 on my computer & IT was also unable to run on it. He stated there was something wrong with my computer & I'd have to re format it. If I uninstall & have everything re formatted to my computer will I have it count as a SECOND installation of HEM or it will it still be considered the first one?

Technically, it wil be your second license. But don't worry about that. You can at any time reset your licenses for free by emailing Roy: sales@holdemmanager.net

Thanks a ton. He tried helping us set up the HEM & it didn't work so he thought it might be the computer. He then tried PT3 as he said it would take about 15 minutes but when that didn't work he said we'd have to have it re formatted it & he would have to get some recovery discs. Our computer was bought refurbished so apparently something went wrong there with VIsta or something. In any case we truly appreciate it. Thanks so much for your patience with us.

He hasn't done it yet. Needed to get a "recovery disc". Hopefully things will go much smoother after that.

Just wanted to update on this. The Hand Grabber & HEM are working GREAT!!!!:D Once my computer got reconfigured with XP we have NOT had any problems other than the stats being misplaced once. Since then it's been working flawless. Thank you so much for your product!!!
