HUD for SNG`s on Boss sites

Hi guys,

im wondering if there is any possible way to get the HUD running on Boss(IPN) SNG`s. It works fine on casghgames and mtt`s but im not able to get it work at sngs. Unfort. this is where its the most important for me! :(

Would be so great if someone can help me out there!

Yes, im using table 1.11.06b. The thing is that HUD works but only on one table. Attached a screenshot. It looks like a problem with identifying the tables. As u can see it names the table with the stats as Holdem. If i want to attach the other table it says "I can not find any unattached hands. Please wait until the Manager has imported some." If i open the table finder without having attached any tables it only finds one table .

Oh im sorry, where do i have to upload the picture that you will open it? :) No actually not, e.g. SNG one has the ID 49216790, SNG two has the id 49216809. But it looks like HM isnt able to read that altough in the tournament results at data view i can see the Tourney Numbers, does HM have that from the Hand History or does it create a number? I think its unsolvable but if you u can get it to work i wouldnt hesitate to pay you 100€! :) Maybe you want to do it via Teamviewer or something?

BOSS recently started to add a table number for SNGs. But our TableManager (which detects the tables) still has difficulty to detect them.

Does the handhistory also have the table number information written to it?
And you followed the TableFinder directions exactly?

Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it

Left-click and drag the red X to that table window

Click OK

Just took a look into the hand histories, seems like it writes
TABLETOURNEYID="" into it but leaves it empty. When i use table finder it works fine but only with one table. Table Manager detects that there is a second table running but if i want to manually select it with table finder he says "I can not find any unattached hands. I have uploaded another two pictures, this time on a commercial free site hopefully thats ok :)
As you can see there he finds two tables in the table manager but only find one table in the table finder with the name "Boss-Holdem". If i have selected that i cant attach another table cause of the error i mentioned in the post before. Is there a way to fix that?

Yeah it seems, the table window does have a table ID to differentiate
but unfortunately they use session IDs and hand numbers in the actual hand
history so its impossible for TableManager to link the two together.

So at the moment, it's not possible to have the HUD on every SNG table if you multi-table.

Ok, thank you anyway. Is that something you might solve in a patch? Or does boss has to update something? Please let me if boss has to do something i will try to convince them :-)

We're looking into other ways to detect the tables, but ideally BOSS should just add the table ID to the handhistory.

Maybe you could email them to convince them to do that.

Have you been in contact with IPN/Boss and are they planning to do something about this soon?

We haven't had any update on this but if they do make the change we will certainly support it, getting a group of boss players together and sending emails to their support may help speed up things on their end. They can contact us anything directly on support@holdemmanager.com and well do whatever we can on our end to help, obviously we'd like to see this as much as you but we don't have any control over their development schedule
