HEM backup fille to big to email what now?

So I finally have HEM on new computer, files have been backed up on old computer. So how do I physically move the file (database) to new computer. It is too big for email apparently.

also, once I get it on new computer how do I import it into HEM. I'm sure this is a basic question ( I hope).

I'm horrible with computers so I really appreciate any help. Thanks

You can use a network connection, an external HDD or USB stick or write the data on a DVD
