HUD problem on Stars rebuy tournaments

All the way since 1.11.05b version, there is some bug in HUD which causes wrong display of mucked hands and pots on Stars rebuy tournaments. This happens each hand when some player involved in hand loses his stack and rebuys. Most of time when this happens, displayed is last hand before. After rebuy period and during rebuy when nobody lost his complete stack, HUD works normally.

All hands are properly tracked in HM database and can be replayed as it is happened.

I tried every update since 1.11.05b, but it doesn't work properly. To avoid this, I'm still using 1.11.05b (more than 50% mtt's which I play are rebuys).

Could you please add some screenshots of the tables and the table manager when this happens?

As requested, I made a screenshot.
As you can see, in moment of screenshot, I have in my stats 21 hand on that table. In table manager shown are only 19 hands.
Included are also screenshots and HH of hands which are missing in table manager count and which are not included in instant hand viewer.

I tried what you recommended me and for 1st 4 hands HUD didn't came out on table and Table Manager was all that time on 0 hands. After 5th hand played, HUD with stats was shown, with stats shoving 5 played hands and in list of pots and Table manager shoving only 1 hand.
I made attached screenshot after 7 hands played. Attached is also *.txt file with HH for those 7 hands.

Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files(X86)\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder (or something similar depending on your installation). It may be just called holdemmanager if you've extentions turned off.

Which SQL version are you using?

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files, even if the firewall is turned off.

Hi Patvs!

I will try the latest update, 1.11.06c. Till now I had 1.11.06c Internal.
PostgreSQL 8.4
W7 64U, default firewall, AVG.

I don't have any issues with HM on Freezeout MTTs, SNGs or on cash tables so I don't think there's any problem in my system. Only problem is as mentioned above in 1st post, on rebuy MTTs, during rebuy period.

I have the same problem. It's only when someone loses their whole stack and they rebuy. I just bought HEM the other day so I have the latest version.

Well now that I upgraded to version c, my hud doesn't come up for my home games. Any ideas? Or any way for me to go back to version b?

Wow you guys are on the ball, I just posted that less than 10 mins ago. Thanks Patvs. I won't know if it worked until next Sunday. I really like the support of HEM.
