Getting this message when I try to open Hold'em Manager

I've tried this, but still getting the same message.

Can you reboot your PC.
Activate UAC.
Reboot PC.
Try HM, does it works?

If not.
Reboot PC.
Unactivate UAC.
Reboot PC.
Try HM, does it works?

If not, repost here, we will try other things.
