Hi, I have just bought and downloaded the HEM software. I have tried to start it up but the following is happening:

(1) The following message appears "Holdem manager has determined that you are running microsoft vista. In order to have HEM run well you should disable User access Control in your control panel-users section. This is needed to properly install Postgre"

How do I do this?

(2) After this the Postgre small window pops up and when I click connect, it does not allow me to log in as the username and passwords are incorrect.

I am a total retard when it comes to computers and software so I would really appreciate any help here. Also, I have not stated logging any hands in yet on any sites so there will be no hand history logs on my computer as it is new. Can I still browse Holdem manger?

1) http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=73

2) When it shows this error it should also say do you want HM to configure it to accept any password, choose YES for this and then try again with any username and password and it will work fine
