Problems with HEM

Get an error when i want to open Reports, Preflop Cards, Hands, Graphs and so on.
Error message is : ''object reference not set to an instance of an object''

I installed
Microsoft .Netframework 3.5 SP1
and Hem 1.07.01

and doesnt help.

Hi,

Can you reinstall HM like that and tell me if it works:

1) Make a backup of "Config" in a safe location
2) Export your HUDs via "HUD Options => Player Preferences"
3) Uninstall HM via the Control Panel
4) Go to Program Files and delete the RVG Software directory, or the equivalent for Vista
5) Reboot your computer
6) Install the complete setup of HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/holdemmanager.zip
7) Upload HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate1.07beta.exe
8) Test if it works
9) Overwrite the backuped "holdemmanager.config" file in the new Config directory to recover your settings
10) Test if it works
11) Import your HUDs via "HUD Options => Player Preferences"
12) Test if it works

Did all these thing but still doesnt work. Same error:(

Can you try changing the name of the hero to someone other than yourself or another alias make sure its just there exact sn and not an alias

Tried that also but the error remains. I can see sessions, graphs and report but when i try to see hands then the error message shows up.

Nevermind. I think I got it working.
