Error Help Please....

As soon as I start Holdem Manager I get a thing tht pops up saying:

Table Manager:
Couldn't load config/PosPref.txt
If you continue new panel positions will be written. Do you want to contniue?

Can you choose "File => Restore Positions" from the Table Manager.
