Can't import hands

Hello

I just installed Hold'em manager and trying to get it all setup, but i can't seem to get the hand historys loaded up, here are the errors i'm getting:

I got this error the first time i setup database, but it did setup after clicking "OK"

Error 1: if this happens only the first time you can ignore it. Otherwise its usually a firewall configuration problem: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/339/Software+Security+Problems+%28Firewall%29

Error 2: Which HM installer did you use?
The missing file cards0.png must be in the main Holdemmanager installation folder (something like c:\program files(X86)\rvg software\holdemmanager) and in the images subfolder. One of them is missing. You can just copy it from the other path.

Are the handhistory in English language formatting?
Can you move the handhistories to a different folder and run a "import from folder" on that folder.

Seems Fulltilt is not recording my hand histories tho i have set up all the settings, i send a message to fulltilt support and hopefully will get it working soon...

Anyway, never thought to check the folder because pokertracker had all my hand histories, guess PT is recording my hands by itself without using handhistories from fulltilt? strange

Both PT3 and HM can't "grab" handhistories just because you have a table open.
They must import them from the handhistory folder where Full Tilt saves them.

Check if Full Tilt saves them. To which folder.
If handhistory files are actually IN that folder.
Add that folder as a auto import folder in HoldemManager.

Full tilt saves my handhistories to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Full Tilt Poker\HandHistory", which is selected in both PT3 and HM for autoimport, BUT i can't see anything in that folder when i acces it from my explorer, neither in the subfolder under my alias.

I have now sucefully imported the handhistories from PT3 "processed handhistories" folder in the PT3 directory and have set HM to autoimport from there, so working now but its really strange i cant see anything in the fulltilt histories folder.. and still waiting for a answer from fulltilt support

If you have PT3 running the files are moved from the handhistory folder to the processed folder.
