Hi

Hope the answers below are sufficient, any queries let me know, thanks

****
1) What version of Holdem Manager are you using eg 1.06.04 Beta 12?

1.7

2) What Poker Site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than 1 site?

Ladbrokes (Microgaming). I don't play on other sites.

3) Have you the settings exactly as per the FAQ for your site?

There doesn't appear to be one specific to the site I am using.

4) Are the Hand Histories showing up in the correct Folder?

I don't see any hand histories there, just the gamehistory.dat file. I'm not sure if this is what you mean by "This is not relevant where the site uses a database like on Ongame or Prima." or not

4a) If Not, have you checked the lobby settings to see that their saving the hand historys and also that their saving them to the same location as youve setup in the auto import folders?

Hand histories seem to import fine.

4b) Do the hands import when you create a new database and reimport them?

Not automatically but import OK manually when I select the file

5) Are the hands being imported into Holdem Manager?

Yes as above.

6) Have You Tried the Table Finder and did it work?

Yes it does work and 'finds' the table OK, i.e. it lists it correctly.

7) If you open the HH are they written in English?

Not sure what you mean by HH, sorry.

Can you post a screenshot with the table, the holdem manager\importing\hud data folder and the table finder open, after you have dropped the red cursor?

Ctrl+print screen. Open mspaint and then ctrl v to copy the screen into the image.

Hi Mike
Thanks for the response.

Can you post a screenshot with the table, the holdem manager\importing\hud data folder and the table finder open, after you have dropped the red cursor?

http://i368.photobucket.com/albums/oo128/screenexample/screendump.gif

The HUD data folder is empty. No red cursor appears on table finder.
Table window realises what table I'm sat at but no HUD displays.

Thanks

It seems as if the hands aren't importing through tthe auto-import and so the manager doesn't tell the HUD about them. It could be the auto-import folder isn't set up. I have mine set to c:\microgaming\poker\pokerhostmpp + subfolders.

If that doesn't work, try deleting the gamedata.dat file and let the labrookes client make a new one.
