played a bunch of scoop satellites today on pokerstars. 6max with top 2 get ticket and 3rd gets some change back.
results are way way way off.

can this be fixed asap? plan to play many over the next 2 months.
thx

just did a quick search and i see a few others have posted about the inaccuracy with satellite results.
the problem from what i can see, is pokerstars doesn't type out the dollars amount of the ticket after your screen name.
i would assume all of their satellite summaries are set up the same way.

here is a summary from one i played earlier:

PokerStars Tournament #375387019, No Limit Hold'em
Super Satellite
Buy-In: $1.84/$0.04 USD
6 players
Total Prize Pool: $11.04 USD
Target Tournament #2011050031 Buy-In: $5.50 USD
Tournament started 2011/03/15 19:57:02 ET

1: deathcard71 (United States),
2: Cyberdeus (United Kingdom),
3: delta6789 (United States), $0.04
4: brumAAtti (Brazil),
5: jorgito2289 (Argentina),
6: a*c*key (United States),

You finished in 1st place (eliminated at hand #59267316087).

the target tournament buy-in is the amount 1st and 2nd receives in this tournament.

i know little about programing but seems like it would be possible to program HEM to use the total prize pool and target tournament buy-in to figure out the payments.

Email us a full handhistory file + the summary to support@holdemmanager.com

Mention in the email:
Target Tournament #2011050031 Buy-In: $5.50 USD
The amount won by player #1 and #2 actually is written in the summary file.

sent... my above post is the actual tourney summary file for this game.
i don't see any dollar amount after the screen names.

ok, i see what your saying. should be easy to program so all satellites are tracked accurately.
HEM could figure out the number of places payed by dividing prize pool by target buy-in and then give the buy-in value to each.

Hi,
I forwarded this to the developers to take a look. It seems the summary doesn't say what tourney entry you win or the cash value. It only shows that .04 was won by the guy that bubbled.

how do i fix it manually? HEM results are over $1200 loss the 2 days that i played this type of tournament when the actual numbers should be close to zero.

i'm fine with eliminating all those tourneys from my data base... how do i do this?

Tourney--> Results--> Dataview-->
either delete all the entries from the top half of the screen.

or manually right-click all the entries where you finished in !th and 2th place and edit the "Tourney Winnings"

i was told this was fixed. looking at the data, HEM is reporting accurate results when you win but if you come in 3rd the results are still wrong.
3rd place finish should be 4 cents in these satellites.
