Deleteing Sessions

Hello... It's a simple question I guess, but how do you delete a session? If I have to go looking for the session in my comp where would I might find it?

Go to the sessions TAB, right click the applicable session and choose update all filters to................... then go to the hands TAB and in the bottom pane change it from last 100 to all and then right click and choose delete all hands in list
