CPU's Suck

Dear Support

I have my HUD working good, but I'm having problems with the hand analysis part. In part because I'm not sure how to use that part, but also because I seem to have an issue with the HEM. So this is a two part question, Could you give me a link to some kind of instruction manual describing all the uses, and when I go to run report or hands for tourneys a loading symbol appears and nothing ever loads, the main thing I'm trying to find is my total stats PFR, 3B, etc.. thanks for your time and sorry for my msg being so long

You should find all the documentation in our FAQ: http://faq.holdemmanager.com

For the other problem we need more infos:
Which pokersite?
Which gametype?
Which HM version?
Which operating system?
Are you using any 3rd party firewall, anti-spyware, adaware, tuning or registry cleaning programs? And if yes which ones?

Pokerstars, NL Holdem, HEM version 1.11.06b, I have Windows with the lastest version ( I forget what its called but my cpu is only 2years old) and I don't believe I have any firewall up. I had to turne them off so the HUD would work, I do have Nortons anti-virus and McAfee, but I dont subscribe to McAfee so I'm not sure if it does anything, it just pops up and doesn't even seem to work. Tks again

Hi,

The problem likely stems from your anti virus program. Norton, and Mcafee frequently cause conflicts with holdem manager. I suggest you uninstall them and see if that solves your problem. If you do not want to be left without antivirus protection I recommend

Kaspersky Lab United States | Antivirus Computer Security (http://usa.kaspersky.com/) (for a pay up anti virus)\

or

AVG Free | Antivirus Download | Free Virus Protection (http://free.avg.com/us-en/homepage)
