Please help!! Error 127.0.0.1

Hi guys,

after using Holdem Manager without any problem for 2 month, yesterday I open the software and this message appear:

-The following error occurred when trying to open the database. Failed to establish connection to 127.0.0.1

I have vista please help.. why doesnt work anymore????:confused:
