PostgreSQL when working opens a cmd window

When PostgreSQL is on a cmd window is pupping on.

To explain it in easy way here is a print:

If I just exit the window then PostgreSQL isn't working.

This happened me on my last PC after i tried installing the stop/loss addon (which didnt work btw) couldnt figure out how to get rid of it so ive no idea how to but your best bet would be to post in the postgresql forum. It works fine as long as you just minimize and ignore it
