HEM only importing first hand of tournament

had a thread in the HUD section http://forums.holdemmanager.com/hud-bugs/55521-hud-wrong-seats-ps.html#post268831 but now I think its an import issue. HEM is only importing the first hand of tournaments or none at all. All of my preferences on Pokerstars were reset somehow so this may have something to do with it. I tried to restore as many as possible to what they were.
