postgresql already installed

I have been using PT3 which installed postgresql on my computer. Now I'm trying to switch to HM, but it seems to want to install postgresql a 2nd time and won't proceed without installing it.

What should I do?

I have been using PT3 which installed postgresql on my computer. Now I'm trying to switch to HM, but it seems to want to install postgresql a 2nd time and won't proceed without installing it.

What should I do?

Note: I don't even have any clue what postgresql does... I know it's some kind of database thing, but that's it...

But my question is still the same: Given that I've been using PT3 for the past few months and have already installed postgresql, what do I do when HM wants to install it again during set up?
