Missing hand with split pot?

I'm running 1.07.

While reviewing my session I noticed that HEM shows that a hand was played, but didn't bring along the cards, board etc.

edit: it was a split pot

("found" it with a river made hand value filter)

I think it's finding all of the others completely.

I just downloaded the 1.07 (not beta) and played a session, there was a pot where there was a straight on board and it was a split. After the session I tried to find the hand, it does not excist. I looked for almost an hour and it simply does not excist. I opened the iPoker client and count all the hands I played today, it says 1060 and HEM says 1050. I then downloaded the beta and imported everything again, nothiing changed. So there are hands which are not imported for some reason. Everything worked fine with the old version.

Oh ok now i got it. It still says 1050 hands, but the hand is now in the list. Strange.

I got a few more hands in after removing those three lines and upgrading to 1.08 beta. However, Still 10 hands in difference when looking at all in dividual hands, and the number of hands under the given limit, those hands accounting for at least 2 buyins, so huge difference.

Any other things I can do?

The missing hand I mentioned I can actually find now, but thats not really enough, if I have to use these stats for anything. My PT2 says I have lost 2136USD from the same imports (12.5k hands), though PT2 has 47 hands more). This is in line with my own accounting. HEM says I have lost 2294USD or 3096 dependent on where I look.

Upload the hands to www.yousendit.com and email them to me morny@holdemmanager.net and ill see if there is any errors, for what its worth if the hands dont show because there is a split pot it will still show the correct amount won or lost in the reports so looks like a different issue for you regarding your win/losses not adding up

How do I do that?

I assume I can only export the entire DB for me, so if that correct, are the listed in date order in this export? If I have to send you my entire DB, I think it will be app. 300mb.

Its the original HH as id need to see if there is import errors, you cant test yourself either, just create a new database and reimport the original HH and see if there is any import errors
