GG poker hands import not working

Dear sir/madam,

HM3 is supposed to import GG hands, but at this moment it is not working.
I am using HM3 v3.1.22.0
Their used structure is shown below.
I did some testing and suspect the following points cause issues:

- The hand number containing letters (example -> HD)
- The pot buildup (example -> Total pot $1.65 | Rake $0.08 | Jackpot $0.05 | Bingo $0)
- (It misses units like USD and ET).

I hope you guys can include the import for GG poker as well since this is the only site our country is allowed at this moment.

That hand imports fine for me.

I tried it in a new database and there it worked well also.

In my former database (with a lot of data from another poker room) it did not show errors, it said it imported correct, but it was nowhere to be found however

That other database could be corrupted.

Unfortunately, my GG poker hand doesn't load, either. I may have done something wrong or deleted important files to download and install.

I'll be glad if you write to me in PM if you want to help. Is it possible to break a file when importing? This is the first thing I tried to import into the PC's memory. Before that, I played online at OLE777 casino. I like playing lying on the couch with a laptop or smartphone. It relaxes and allows you to do something other than play. For example, I play while watching a TV series. I can assume I won't be able to play GG lying down, right?

Thanks for the answers. I, too, had to face a similar problem. Unfortunately, not only GG has such problems. True, the game in question was on Ufabet, and there I had problems with the database. Hopefully I will be able to fix it.
