Please reproduce the problem and click the 'Send Feedback' button from the left sidebar menu (or from the 'Help' menu at the top), or choose 'Yes' if prompted to submit an error report, and send your logs and config files with a detailed step by step description of the problem that we can use to try and reproduce the problem.* You can also attach any screenshots or other files to the Send Feedback interface as long as they don't total over 10 MB (including logs).

If you are unable to send the logs via the automated system for any reason you can collect and send the logs manually - https://support.holdemmanager.com/support/faqView/Holdem-Manager-3/194/How-to-send-HM3-log-files-to-support

Hi,

partypoker hands won't replay or display in the hand viewer after the update.

We already have this issue documented for HM3 as it was reported to me by another customer:

HMT-6357: Party Poker downloaded hands do not replay or display in the hand history viewer properly/consistently

When I wrote that issue up I did not realize that it also affected PT4 and had been wrote up as:

IMP-372 - Party: Parsing error with preflop all-in anonymous tournament hands (regression)

Our developers already checked in a parser fix for this internally which appears to be working and should be part of our next beta release, which will most likely not be released until shortly after our next stable release 3.1.17.0. Unfortunately it will require a purge and force reimport (Tools - Settings - Import - [x] Allow reimport') of those recent party hands since it is parsing related.
