Beta update to version 3.1.16.7210 is now available!

Latest beta build can be downloaded using beta autoupdate in HM3 (Settings > Prompt for beta update, then Help > Check for updates) or through this download link (https://www.holdemmanager.com/download/index.php?product=HM3&channel=Beta).

Filters

Added a filter for anonymous hands
Added a filter for hands with added money (Reward money added by poker site)
EvEquityPercent filter will now be detected when re-opening filter editor
Improved error handling for an issue reported with Betting Lines page in filter editor

Hello,
I've just updated to .7210, and now HM3 doesn't start anymore. It shows the Initializing image, and nothing happens. How can I do? Thanks.
I had to return to the 3.1.16.0 :(

Please install 7210 and if it still won't launch we need to see your Windows Event Viewer Application logs, and HM3logs from version 7210, as instructed below.

Please create a support ticket (https://support.holdemmanager.com/support/category/19) with a link to this thread and your forum username.

Please reproduce and screenshot the error and send us both your Windows Event Viewer application logs, and your \Desktop\HM3logs\ folder of files, as instructed below with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing:

a) Open Windows Event Viewer's (Control Panel - System & Security - Administrative Tools or Start - Search - 'Event Viewer') - Windows Logs - Applications.
- Check for any errors and send the information (right-click - Save All Events As...) and compress*/attach that file to this support ticket.
- Here is a short video showing how to collect those event viewer logs (https://www.dropbox.com/s/t2y0i8qkhgnjnzr/how%20to%20collect%20and%20zip%20event%20viewer%20 logs.mp4?dl=0).

I had the same thing, ran the .7210 installer again and selected repair, loaded fine afterwards.

I was having the same problem, but I was able to fix it by manually downloading the installer, running it and selecting "Repair".

Thanks for the feedback. We believe this a result of the new Cefsharp update in the HM3 beta not deleting all the old Cefsharp version files for some reason and the developers are looking into it.

If the reinstall/repair steps mentioned above do not solve the issue please try do a clean re-install of HM3:

1) Uninstall HM3 and delete the following folder with additional HM3 files - C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Max Value Software\Holdem Manager\Kits. If you can't see it, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory (https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-files).
2) Delete C:\Program Files (x86)\Holdem Manager 3\ if it remains after uninstall.
3) Restart your PC
4) Download and install latest beta version of HM3 from this link (https://www.holdemmanager.com/download/index.php?product=HM3&channel=Beta).

If you continue to have problems please try to make sure you have the latest VC++ and CefSharp dependencies as instructed in the following guide (https://support.holdemmanager.com/support/faqView/Holdem-Manager-3/297/How-to-make-sure-you-have-the-latest-Visual-C%2B%2B-version-installed).

If you are unable to resolve the issue following these steps, please send us your log files (https://support.holdemmanager.com/support/faqView/Holdem-Manager-3/194/How-to-send-HM3-log-files-to-support).

The hud stopped working on the snap tables after this update.
After reading some of the other posts I downloaded the file again and selected repair to see if it solves the problem, will give more info after I test it.
Problem remains, the hud does not work on snap tables in 888poker.pt

HM v3.1.16.7228 should solve the issue with the HUD on 888 Snap tables. If that is the version you have installed and the Snap HUD is not working on 888.pt did you make sure you started HM3 before 888?

- Close your poker clients, close HM3 and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray.
- Restart HM3 and make sure HM3 and the HM3 Server (Auto Import/HUD) is fully started.
- Launch your poker client(s).

Everything was working properly before the update to the last beta and I never had to star hm3 first to make sure the hud worked on snap. I will try anyway just to be sure but usually I have hm3 working before I start any client
A friend of mine is using one of the oldest beta versions and hud is working on snap ... If I revert to the last stable version will the hud not work on snap as well?
Tried what you said still donīt work.
After installing the last stable version is working, but i didnīt update to any beta.

Hi fow,

Can you let us know on which 888 poker site are you playing, is it .pt by any chance? We will have an update that affects .pt users, because that client was not yet updated.

If you are playing on a different site, please let us know which one as we might need to make further adjustments to support different 888 poker client versions.

Hi, sorry my fault forgot to mention, I'm playing on 888poker.pt. I was also wondering if that was a possibility because sometimes the software updates by the clients don't happen at the same time everywhere.

Please give new beta 3.1.16.7231 a try, new Snap version support included. Its not available yet on auto-update, you can download it here (https://www.holdemmanager.com/download/index.php?product=HM3&channel=Alpha&version=3.1.16.7231).
