Official update to version 3.1.15.0 is now available!

Latest stable build can be downloaded using auto-update in HM3 or through the website (https://www.holdemmanager.com/hm3/download.php?download=true).

Filters

Added filter for one card backdoor flush draws
Better handling of filter values when invalid comma or pipe symbols is used
Board Texture Flop filters will now stay remembered when reopening filter editor
Do not display autocomplete suggestions for invalid filter values
Effective stack size filter now will include IsPlayable filter to ignore hands folded to BB
Improved Omaha wrap filtering
Increased time before tool tips on quick filters disappear
Prevent an error when using Ctrl+Backspace and certain filtering combinations
Prevent bad filters from automatically being saved with reports, causing them to stop working on restart
Resolved an issue when nesting and combining multiple filters

Added a warning when database upgrade is required and an option to create a backup or to cancel it
Added an option to create a copy of the database (backup) before upgrading it

I have tried to update to 3.1.15 but keep getting this message

I have deleted the previous 3.1.14 msi file. Is there somewhere I can download it from? I tried the release page, but it just takes me to a 3.1.15 download.

We use Microsoft *.msi install/update files. To update to a new version you also need the msi file for the currently installed version in the same downloads folder on your computer.

We will need you to reproduce the problem and send us your HM3logs and Windows Event Viewer Application logs to try and determine what might be causing the issue.

Please reproduce and screenshot the error and send us both your Windows Event Viewer application logs, and your \Desktop\HM3logs\ folder of files, as instructed below with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing:

a) Open Windows Event Viewer's (Control Panel - System & Security - Administrative Tools or Start - Search - 'Event Viewer') - Windows Logs - Applications.
- Check for any errors and send the information (right-click - Save All Events As...) and compress*/attach that file to this support ticket.
- Here is a short video showing how to collect those event viewer logs (https://www.dropbox.com/s/t2y0i8qkhgnjnzr/how%20to%20collect%20and%20zip%20event%20viewer%20 logs.mp4?dl=0).

since the last update, i'm not able to start my hm. also tried the old 3.1.14.0 version and re-install the new version, got the same problem as in the title.

So if I upgrade to 3.1.15 and do not want to pay for the maintance fee I will be limited to the free version?
What about the version I paid to upgrade from HM2 to HM3?
I do not want to pay the fee, therefore I miss my rights? is that correct?

If your Support & Maintenance plan expired before the release of 3.1.15.0 then your maximum version you can use with your license is the previous release version 3.1.14.0. You can still use HM3 version 3.1.14.0 without having to pay for another year of the Support & Maintenance plan but you will not have access to any bug fixes and new features that we released in version 3.1.15.0 or future updates unless you renew your Subscription & Maintenance plan - https://support.holdemmanager.com/support/faqView/Holdem-Manager-3/149/Release-Notes
