Hello, HEM works sometimes, sometimes not.
Actually, the import does not work fine. Most of the time it says "auto importing", but nothing comes.
Sometimes it works fine by saying "auto update etc...".
Lately it starts workings, imports a few hands, and then stop while I play. The HUD is blocked, no new hands are importing and the stats are freezed.
It also does one thing. It says "auto importing...", and then it starts to import, by saying "4 files to proceed", the green bar is here, but gets very slow, and it can take hours... During this operation, the HUD does not work.
I have the latest version. I play on Ongame in france, and all the things like the UAC and the english langage are set for a while now.
So, what am I supposed to do?
