Hi, do you know why there is no HUD in ZOOM Poker since the last update of Pokerstars.eu ?

Hello,

After updating the software from pokerstars today, I noticed that the HUD no longer works with fast poker.

This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve.

HUD-35: PokerStars.FR Zoom hud not working anymore after update Nov 2020


I do not have an estimate for when this issue will be resolved. We do not give estimates until it has been confirmed as fixed by our internal testers and the release is imminent.

Once I get more information about when this might get fixed I will update this thread (and the other similar thread I see about it from another user).

Our QA/Testing Manager said it works fine for him on Stars.eu zoom.

Make sure you have version 2.0.0.8699 of HM2 installed. If you haven't updated yet please close HM2 and Stars then update to the latest beta version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Holdem_Manager_2_Beta.exe

- After downloading, you should right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock.*
* If you do not see an 'unblock' option you can ignore this step.
- Then, right click the file and run as administrator.

Once HM2 is updated and launched you can start the PokerStars client.

IMPORTANT Zoom Installation Instructions:

Make sure you always start HM2 first before you open the PokerStars Client. If you closed PokerStars for any reason and did not close HM2 please close them both and start HM2 before you start PokerStars again.

On the first run, you must start the Hold'em Manager 2 HUD BEFORE you launch PokerStars. If PokerStars is open, you must close PokerStars, start the HUD and then open PokerStars before Zoom HUD will function properly.

If the Zoom HUD is not displaying after doing the above, please uninstall PokerStars, rename the associated C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\PokerStars.xx folders. and re-download and install PokerStars as the PokerStars installation is more than likely corrupted and a PokerStars reinstall should resolve the issue.

I have the same problem here with PokerstarsFR since the client update. I have HM3 v3.1.14 and I noticed that the HUD only works on PS replayer but not on Zoom poker tables.

I have the same problem with HM3 v3.1.14. The hud is not displaying on zoom table but rather on table replayer which is weird. I notice a change on PokerstarsFR windows table naming, previously it was #TableName #stakes and we have now "Poker time remaining : xxx min" #TableName #Stakes. Do you have any info on that ?

Hello, the fix you are suggesting seem to be for HM2. I have the same problem on HM3, is there a fix as well ?

Please reproduce the problem and:

a) Take a screenshot of the table/desktop before and after the problems
- Try to include the Live Play tab, Tools - Import details - Live Play and Errors, your poker client lobby and a browser page of this site visible in the screen shot.

b) Click the 'Send Feedback' button from the left sidebar menu, or from the 'Help' menu at the top, and send your logs and config files with a detailed description of the problem.
- Send the screenshots in the same/new support ticket the Send Feedback system generated for this issue. Here is a direct link to your My Tickets page (https://support.holdemmanager.com/user/mytickets/).
- Attach a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue*

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

*All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM3Archive is in C:\HM3Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. Depuis hier mon HUD HM3 ne fonctionne pas sur les tables zoom de pokertsars, il s'affiche que sur le replayer tout en se mettant à jour sur la table active qui n'a pas le hud affiché...

Still not working with the last beta update of HM2 and a resintalled pokerstars.fr :( I guess everyone with HM2 can't play anoymore with the HUD.

We are working on a fix for it in HM3 then we will try and fix it in HM2 if we can. I do not have an estimate for when this issue will be resolved. We do not give estimates until it has been confirmed as implemented/resolved by our testers and the release is imminent.

You will receive a prompt to update to any/all beta and official builds once available as long as you have enabled the Settings > General > [x] Prompt for Beta Updates. For HM3 we should have a beta fix out early next week hopefully.

And what is going with update? My Hud dont work. Im reinstall ps.fr, hm3, looking all way.. On twitch i seen player with HUD and he says Instal New Uptade.. shitttttttttttttt

We have an internal build that fixes the HUD but it has some other issues with tournament detection that we are trying to fix before we can release it publicly in the HM3 beta update feed. We have sent it to a few customers for testing via support tickets but we can't post the link for it publicly in the forums because of the tournament detection issues.

This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. These changes should be available in the next gold beta release. See the post directly above yours. Nothing has changed since that post. The developers are working to fix or revert the change that caused the import and tournament detection speed problems. Once that is done we will push the new beta live. If you follow the instructions in the last line of my previous reply we can send you a link to a new version of that HM3 that will get your HUD working but you are going to have slower hand history import and tournament detection speed until we push the next beta live.

I m using this version. Today I activated notecaddy, but I don't think it is working well. I have 900K hand and HM3 is loading them again and again. I don't know why. Maybe Notecaddy is trying to write note from my database ? This version is working for HUD, but very very slow. I really need my tracker for playing pokerstars.eu again.

Yes, it should work with NoteCaddy. If you are having problems with NoteCaddy please post in the NoteCaddy Apps sub-forum for Justin from NCE to help you, or send us your bug report with log files as instructed in this FAQ (https://support.holdemmanager.com/support/faqView/Holdem-Manager-3/194/How-to-send-HM3-log-files-to-support).

What specific site's hands did not import accurately from HM2 to HM3?

Please create a support ticket (https://support.holdemmanager.com/support/category/19) with a link to this thread and your forum username.

Please backup your HM2 database/settings as explained here (http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/1471/How+does+Backup+and+Restore+Database%2C+Settings+a nd+HUD+configs+work%3F).

Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports and a detailed description by site/game, tournament number, session, hole cards, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.

Then upload the backup file to a file hosting site like Dropbox (https://help.dropbox.com/files-folders/share/share-outside-dropbox), then in Windows File Explorer right-click (DropBox Icon) 'Share' > 'Create Link' > Copy Link' and right-click > 'Paste' the download link directly into the support ticket email. If you have any problems with Dropbox try using WeTransfer (https://wetransfer.com/) or FileDropper (https://www.filedropper.com/) or Google Drive (https://support.google.com/drive/answer/2494822?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en) and copy/paste the download link to us.
