Official update to version 3.1.14.0 is now available!

Latest stable build can be downloaded using auto-update in HM3 or through the website (https://www.holdemmanager.com/hm3/download.php?download=true).

Prevent an error when only . is entered into filter bar

Minraise stats will now correctly count opportunities for hands where player faces a three bet and then calls or raises

Ignition hand grabber not working after the update. Says searching for lobby before you open the poker client, and then it just stays at "stopped" once in a game/lobby.

I'm still having trouble and at this point I'm assuming I must be doing something incorrectly.

I have uninstalled HM3, downloaded the 3.1.14.0 stable version, installed that from my administrator profile in Windows10. When I run set up wizard in the administrator profile, it asks me to login to my HM3 account, and every time I enter credentials it says login failed. I hit forgot password, followed link in my email, changed password, and tried again--still no good.

I then went back into my normal user profile on Windows10, and tried to start HM3, this time it went back to not opening at all.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The development team are working on a fix and this will be made available as soon as possible.

Note: The Ignition Hand Grabber App (IHG) can be updated in the background on startup without the need for an HM3 update to fix this. You will know it has been updated if you check the Apps - Ignition Hand Grabber - 'Status' menu and see in the header that the version number has been updated to version number 1.0.20 or above.

Close your poker clients, close HM3 and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray.

Open C:\Users\{UserName}\AppData\Roaming\Max Value Software\Holdem Manager\3.0\Config and delete CurrentUserToken.txt file if you can see the file. If you can't see that folder, turn off the windows option (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/130/How+to+See+Hidden+Files+in+Windows+) that is hiding that directory.

Restart HM3 and check your HM3 - Help - My Licenses tab and you should now be able to see your active Holdem and/or Omaha licenses/trials as shown in the linked image:

If you continue to have problems: Open the HM3 - Help - 'My Licenses...' menu and click your email address then login to the software with your account password.

If none of that helps: Please create a support ticket via the 'Contact Support' (https://support.holdemmanager.com/support/category/19) link with a link to this thread and your forum username. Please reproduce the problem and attach a set of log files (https://support.holdemmanager.com/support/faqView/Holdem-Manager-3/194/How-to-send-HM3-log-files-to-support) and a screenshot and detailed description of the issue in the support ticket you created.

Hi,

Having trouble shooting here. I hace installed latest official version linked in this thread. Software seems to open normally, and then when it says "initiallizing..." it dissapears. It is not working on backwround either.

Already tried uninstalling full + reinstalling again.

Any help?

I am not able to duplicate this. Can you reproduce the problem and send us some screenshots, logs and hands as instructed at the end of this FAQ (https://support.holdemmanager.com/support/faqView/Holdem-Manager-3/234/HUD-Troubleshooting) please?

How do I update to this version without starting the application? (as when I try to start up previous version it just stalls). Latest windows update? as it was working fine before.

Simply leave HM3 closed and then download the new update and run the installer from this link that was posted in the OP of this thread - https://www.holdemmanager.com/download/index.php?product=HM3&channel=stable

If you continue to have problems:

When trying to run the installer, it is asking for the location to the HoldemManager_3.1.13.0.msi. I guess I deleted it already. Can you provide a link to download that file? Otherwise, if I use the uninstaller in the link provided above, will I lose my current database?

Hello, i'm having an extremely annoying problem with the size of my HUD in winamax after update 3.1.12.6357 (Beta Release - Oct 20, 2020) which is ruinning my sessions

The workaround that i've managed to find was to keep using the version 3.1.12.0 (Official Release - Sep 11, 2020) which didnt had this problem, but now this version doesnt work anymore and i was forced to download version 3.1.14.0 (Official Release - Nov 11, 2020) which still has this stupid problem.

As you guys can see, it is extremely large and it becomes unplayable , it is ruinning completely my session because i cant do anything about this... I play with 100% scale on a 4K monitor due to the number of tables that i play and if i try to edit the hud to make it smaller on winamax, my hud on all the other sites will become very small. I need this bug to be fixed ASAP because as i said, it is tilting me hard and i cant do anything about it. Im srsly thinking to switch to H2N since
HM3 still has a lot of bugs and it takes ages for the devs to do something.

I wanna know when this is going to get fixed, otherwise bye HM3.

No, an update does not mean you have to create a new database.

You need to keep the *.msi file for your installed version of HM3 to be able to update it, or uninstall it, in the future. Please make sure you always keep that most recent *.msi file in your downloads folder if you regularly empty that folder.

- Close your poker clients, close HM3 and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray.
- Download the latest stable version of HM3 from this link - https://www.holdemmanager.com/download/index.php?product=HM3&channel=stable
- Download the previously installed version shown in that attached image from this link - https://www.holdemmanager.com/download/index.php?product=HM3&channel=Alpha&version=3.1.13.6389
- Once you have both files downloaded you can install the 3.1.14.0.msi file.

We use Microsoft *.msi install/update files. To update to a new version you also need the msi file for the currently installed version in the same downloads folder on your computer.

Note: If you are prompted for a different beta (4 digits at the end of 'Alpha&version' file/link name) or a different stable (single 0 at the end of 'Stable&version' file/link name) simply copy/paste the link to a new browser tab then edit the link to match the error shown before you hit the Enter key.

- If you are having issues trying to uninstall HM3 even after downloading the proper file versions you can use this tool to uninstall it then reinstall using the latest link from our site or forums - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17588/windows-fix-problems-that-block-programs-being-installed-or-removed

This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. It is a result of the new Winamax client that we are trying to add support for to HM3.

HUD-34: Winamax - HUD scalling not correct after adding support for new client

I do not have an estimate for when this issue will be resolved. We do not give estimates until it has been confirmed as implemented/resolved by our testers and the release is imminent.

Since you install the update; the hud works perfectly on blast and snap in 888 poker but at regular tables it only works for one hand and then stops.

Is it a problem with the update or should I configure something older??

This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve.
