I've tried the repair option when downloading the client from HM3 website and it's still not working.

I also have the same issue... when i click the HM3 App ICON after few minutes i get the message "Login Cancelled Holdem Manager will close now"
can someone help in resolving this issue.

Me too. No windows update last night except for a security intelligence update for Microsoft defender antivirus (version 1.327.733.0) but those happen nearly every day so can't see how that would interfere.

Same for me. I send a ticket and provided logs for them. I installed last windows updates now but it didnt resolved the problem. im stuck at "starting database server" - maybe they have problem with their servers ?

i am getting the same issue.

We are aware of an issue that recently started preventing the launch of HM3 for some customers and are working to resolve it ASAP.

Once we have this resolved we will post a download link to update HM3 and resolve this issue.

We are aware of an issue that recently started preventing the launch of HM3 for some customers and are working to resolve it ASAP. The fix will require a new HM3 release to be installed by all customers. Once we have this resolved we will post a download link to update HM3 and resolve this issue in our current 3.1.13.x release thread here - https://forums.holdemmanager.com/showthread.php?t=542653

Since version 3.1.13 HEM3 isn't working anymore with Winamax (Hud scaling issues) . Is it possible to have a fix for people using 3.1.12 versions ? I mean everything was working fine until yesterday, should be possible to revert whatever change that has been made.

Version 3.1.13 doesn't work well with winamax ( Hud scaling issues) . Can we get a fix for people using 3.1.12 please ?

This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. It is a result of the new Winamax client that we are trying to add support for to HM3. It is impossible for us to release a new version of 3.1.12.0 that will run as a result of the issues we had yesterday with 3.1.13.0.

HUD-34: Winamax - HUD scalling not correct after adding support for new client

I do not have an estimate for when this issue will be resolved. We do not give estimates until it has been confirmed as implemented/resolved by our testers and the release is imminent.

Solved!!!
I ran the beta updated from yesterday again and i did repair. After this the HM3 opened and I made the new official update.

When I try to fix it it sends me ball with the following message:

The problem is that you no longer offer this .msi 3.1.13.0 and when I try to use any other msi it tells me the following message

You need to keep the *.msi file for your installed version of HM3 to be able to update it, or uninstall it, in the future. Please make sure you always keep that most recent *.msi file in your downloads folder if you regularly empty that folder.

- Close your poker clients, close HM3 and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray.
- Download the latest stable version of HM3 from this link - https://www.holdemmanager.com/download/index.php?product=HM3&channel=stable
- Download the previously installed version shown in that attached image from this link - https://www.holdemmanager.com/download/index.php?product=HM3&channel=Alpha&version=3.1.13.6389
- Once you have both files downloaded you can install the 3.1.14.0.msi file.

We use Microsoft *.msi install/update files. To update to a new version you also need the msi file for the currently installed version in the same downloads folder on your computer.
