Hi there,

I am going to reformat my hard drive and am wondering if you could help me with a few questions or if there is anything I need to know? I have looked up how to export hands and am planning on doing that.

I have found a folder called Archived HH with hand histories in them. If I save these could I use them instead of exporting all hands from my database?

When I have done the format will my serial code work again or is there something I have to do?

Thanks

The archive should contain all your hands. But please check it to be sure.
And the best is to do a complete database backup too: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/372/Reinstalling+on+a+new+PC+-+Backup+Tips

It may be necessary to reset your license key: Create an account on our homepage Hold'Em Manager Poker Tracking and Analysis Software (http://www.holdemmanager.com) (if you not already have one there). Login and enter your key. You will now see functions (Reset all profiles) to reset your license key.
