HUD - prefs.cpp error on launching HUD ...help

When I start up HUD, i get the follow error:

Note: This is on a Vista LAPTOP. I just installed HEM AND copied a HUD layout from my MAIN PC to my LAPTOP ..overwriting the default layout.

OK - I unistalled HEM completely. Then re-installed.

Now, the HUD launches fine...wihtout errors..however, IT DOES NOT DISPLAY ANY HUD STATS !

How do I fix this?

On Vista machine.

OK - fixed it.


I did not have the auto import folders setup properly .

I did that..and it works fine now.
