Hi! That is my major problem now with HM3 and 888: 164471. I use HM3 on 888 for 1 week so far, but this problem occured just today. What is the solution?
Second problem is, that HM3 HUD doesn't appear on normal cash tables, on any other format(MTT. SNG, Blast) appears.

That is not a hand history file given the file name. You may not be importing to HM3 from the proper 888 hand history path as instructed in our 888 Setup Guide FAQ (https://support.holdemmanager.com/support/faqView/Holdem-Manager-3/211/888-Poker). Please check that FAQ and make sure 888 is saving hands and that HM3 is importing from that specific folder and not a folder above or below that specific folder: 'C:\Users\YOUR_PC_NAME\Documents\888poker\HandHist ory'


Second problem is, that HM3 HUD doesn't appear on normal cash tables, on any other format(MTT. SNG, Blast) appears.

This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve.

HUD-15: HUD not working on 888poker anymore

This is only affecting cash games and is related to some recent changes we made for their 'Snap' tables. It is an urgent issue that should be addressed soon for one of our upcoming beta or official releases.

For now you can rollback from 3.1.11.6117 to 3.1.11.0, until we get fixed this in a newer beta above 3.1.11.6171, from this link - https://www.holdemmanager.com/download/index.php?product=HM3&channel=stable

You will receive a prompt to update HM3 any time there is an update available as long as you have enabled the Tools - Settings - General - [x] 'Check for Updates' and [x] 'Prompt for beta updates' options. You can check for new updates via the HM3 - Help - 'Check for updates...' option. Please update to our latest beta version of HM3 from this link - https://www.holdemmanager.com/download/index.php?product=HM3&channel=Alpha&version=3.1.11.6171
