HM3 graphical hud panels can't move separately

"You can move panels around by holding the right mouse button while you drag the mouse" - the both panels are moving.

That doesn't help, both panels are still moving whether the [ ] 'Lock Panels' checked or unchecked.
Can't understand how but sometimes they do, 99% they move together.

Are you playing at WPN or IGN? This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve.

I see one of our techs linked you to this issue overnight, and I just linked you to another related issue where the graphical HUD default positions are incorrect also.
