Are you playing cash games or tournaments? Are these from the downloaded hand history files or from live play hands written to their gamehistory.dat files?

This:

Skipping incomplete hand history.

sounds as if their poker client failed to write the hand properly, in which case there likely isn't anything we can do. It is something you should report to them so they can make sure they fix any issues they have writing complete hand histories to their files that we import.

If you want us to review the hands: Please zip and email the original problem hand histories and tournament summaries to us as instructed at the bottom of this FAQ (https://support.holdemmanager.com/support/faqView/Holdem-Manager-3/269/How-Are-Missing-Hands-~-Inaccurate-Reports-Fixed%3F#hm3-email-hh).

Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.

I have this same problem after downloading the same HEM3 update yesterday (worked fine before that).

edit: I now downloaded older version (v.3.1.7.0) and it works just fine, so there is something wrong with the latest update (v3.1.75770)

We need the hand history files that cause this.

This is now fixed in the new HEM 3 update (v3.1.7.5788)

Thanks!
