HUD position is wrong every time I sit

Does it adjust and try to correct itself after your first played hand is imported? Some sites (Stars, Ignition, and some others) allow us to 'pre-fetch' a couple observed hands per table to aid in table selection. I am not sure if We Poker or other APC sites allow this as I have never played there.

If you use preferred seating on these sites the HUD will not be able to align itself until it knows where your hero is seated. We have no way to know this until AFTER you have played 1 full hand and HM3 has imported that hand. Once that is done our HUD will know your seat number/position and align the HUD accordingly.

Please make sure your poker site's preferred seating options are configured and matched to your HM3 - Tools - Site Settings - Preferred Seating options - http://support.holdemmanager.com/support/faqView/Holdem-Manager-3/139/Preferred-Seating

I forgot that you should NOT use preferred seating options there so make sure in HM3's Tools - 'Site Settings' menu your site's preferred seating options are set to 'None' for that site.

If you continue to have problems you have to log a new short session and send us your \Desktop\HM3logs\ folder of files with a new screenshot and hands from that session in a support ticket as we explained. A picture only can show a problem, not what caused it. To know why you are having problems we need the logs and hands from that session you took the picture of, and the picture also needs to show the HM3 Live Play and/or Sessions Report views, and your Windows clock time, as well as the poker table.

Please reproduce the problem and:

a) Take a screenshot of the table/desktop before and after the problems
- Try to include the Live Play tab, Tools - Import details - Live Play and Errors, your poker client lobby and a browser page of this site visible in the screen shot.

b) Click the 'Send Feedback' button from the left sidebar menu, or from the 'Help' menu at the top, and send your logs and config files with a detailed description of the problem.
- Send the screenshots in the same/new support ticket the Send Feedback system generated for this issue. Here is a direct link to your My Tickets page (https://support.holdemmanager.com/user/mytickets/).
- Attach a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue*

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

*All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM3Archive is in C:\HM3Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Network\Month\DayOfMonth (example: C:\HM3Archive\SiteName\HM3Archive\2016\07\31). It is configured in the Tools - Settings - Import menu.

This also happens when playing on PPpoker - app is automatically centering hero after seating but i believe HM is recognizing where i seat before the app changes my seat to the bottok of the window. Rotate seats option as in HM2 would bebvery helpfull in this case

We can't begin to even attempt a fix for this, unless you send us screenshots, logs and hands of the error from a live session as I requested from the other user above.

Please reproduce the problem and:
